A Drop in Centre (DICE) is a clinic which provides comprehensive HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment to Most at Risk population. These services include Biomedical, Social behavioral and Structural. In addition the DICEs provide Health Choices 1 and 2 which is HIV prevention, care and support to in and out of school youths between 13 – 17 years.  Also provided is Family Matters to prevent HIV at the couple level as well as teach them how to communicate to their children for better reproductive health and OCAT program.  OCAT is a unique program too.  It is building capacity of girls and boys aged below 18 years and are involved in “Sex Trade” to exit and start enjoying growth and development.  These continuously abused children are deprived of the opportunity to enjoy growth and development like other children.  All 10 DICEs are providing these services to 12 Counties and 67 sub-Counties.
